Checkout is available only for active products with an approved product image, positive selling price and sufficient available stock. HÖMNIA rechecks stock and price on the server before reserving an order.

Clear terms for a smoother shop
HÖMNIA confirms product availability, recalculates pricing on the server, requires verified online payment and controls delivery, cancellation, return and refund decisions through the operational order record.
Customer policy informationPrices, promotions and tax
Prices are shown in Rwandan francs. Eligible promotions and delivery fees are recalculated by HÖMNIA before payment begins; a browser-displayed total cannot override the server price.
Payment confirmation
A button, redirect or screenshot does not prove payment. Fulfilment begins only after HÖMNIA receives verified payment confirmation for the correct order, amount and provider transaction.
Delivery and customer availability
The confirmed address and delivery plan determine the route and expected window. A failed delivery may be reviewed for rescheduling and an additional fee where HÖMNIA did not cause the failure.
Cancellation
An unpaid order can be cancelled before verified payment. Once payment is confirmed, cancellation or change requests are reviewed by customer care according to the order’s fulfilment and delivery status.
Returns and refunds
Submitting a return or issue begins a review. Eligibility, collection, replacement, refund route and timing depend on the product, evidence, payment record and HÖMNIA returns policy.

HÖMNIA will update these terms when verified registered-seller details, tax treatment, payment-provider contracts or other material operating terms change.
